Cancellation / Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Credit Card details are taken as security of your booking
- If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, 50% of total booking will be deducted and is not refundable
- Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days or failure to arrive
- Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair / replacement or damage to the Property during their stay
- Wildwood Guesthouse is non-smoking but smokers may use the ashtrays outside
Privacy Statement/Policy
The following information will be recorded when you make a booking to stay with us, name, address, e-mail address and credit card details if paying by that method so we can secure your booking.
We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes to the web site, new services and special offers we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please let us know by sending an email to anne@wildwoodmudgee.com, or calling us on 02 63733701, or writing to us at Wildwood Guesthouse, Henry Lawson Drive, Mudgee NSW 2850, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail or other promotional material from us.
